About the role and why it’s unique:

• Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Engineering) to provide financial insights and strategic support
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
• Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with leadership, highlighting key trends and risks
• Analyze performance drivers, market trends, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy
• Support corporate development initiatives such as M&A, fundraising, or partnership evaluations
• Prepare investor materials, board presentations, and executive reporting packages
• Enhance financial tools and systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and insight
• Drive ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives, pricing strategies, and capital allocation

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CFA a plus)
• 3–6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or corporate finance
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software/tools
• Excellent communication and storytelling ability, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• High level of business acumen and strategic thinking

Even better if you have:

• Experience in high-growth tech, SaaS, or consumer businesses.
• Familiarity with ERP and FP&A systems (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive, Anaplan, Tableau).
• SQL or data analysis skills are a plus

Our target starting base salary range for this position is between $128,000 and $150,000, plus target equity. The starting base salary will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s skills and experience, among other things.
