Responsibilities

• Develop, champion, and ensure implementation of ideas and strategies to optimize total cost of ownership year over year.
• Manage the strategic category management and sourcing activities for Facilities Management and Maintenance Outsourcing Program, as well as construction, architecture and other facilities management programs.
• Achieve significant initial cost reductions and value-added services profit/earnings while maintaining product quality and supplier service levels.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to develop effective cost reduction strategies and implementation plans.
• Utilize strategic sourcing best practices to capture real savings, consolidate company-wide purchasing volume, and manage supplier contracts.
