Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in communications or public relations, preferably in government or defense.
• Experience leading matrixed teams and cross-group campaigns.
• Ability to analyze data and tell persuasive stories.
• Experience working in national security environments and obtaining/maintaining a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of communicators to develop and execute external/internal campaigns.
• Coordinate with Air Dominance Communications director to manage workflows and resources.
• Develop and implement strategic communications and measure business impact.
• Collaborate with Corporate and Sector Communications to align objectives.
