Jobtailor in Colorado is seeking a Senior Clinical Evidence Strategy Leader to guide evidence plans across product life cycles and collaborate with Regulatory, R&D, Medical Affairs, and Marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience in clinical research, clinical strategy, clinical development, evidence generation, or related healthcare field, OR advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing end-to-end clinical evidence strategies
• Experience identifying evidence gaps and translating those gaps into clinical development plans
• Experience designing, leading, or influencing clinical studies and evidence-generation programs
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed, regulated environment
• For U.S. degrees, degree requirements align with regulatory standards
• Familiarity with real-world evidence, AI/ML applications, digital health technologies, and advanced analytics
• Knowledge of neuromodulation, pain management, neuroscience, pelvic health, or related therapy areas
• Experience supporting reimbursement, market access, or health economics evidence needs
• Strong scientific communication, publication, and stakeholder engagement skills

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated clinical evidence strategies aligned with therapy, product, and business objectives
• Identify evidence gaps and create plans supporting regulatory, reimbursement, and market adoption goals
• Establish evidence roadmaps across the product lifecycle, from early innovation through post-market evidence generation
• Translate complex clinical and scientific data into actionable recommendations
• Guide clinical study concepts, evidence-generation plans, and research strategies
• Partner with Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, R&D, Medical Affairs, HEOR, and Marketing teams to execute evidence plans
• Interpret study outcomes and recommend how evidence should advance business and therapy objectives
• Evaluate emerging evidence-generation approaches, including real-world evidence and digital health technologies
• Incorporate EMR, claims, registry, and observational datasets into evidence strategies
• Collaborate with Data Science teams to evaluate AI/ML-driven insights and digital biomarkers
• Assess innovative methodologies to strengthen clinical decision-making and accelerate evidence generation
• Provide clinical strategy leadership across multiple programs and cross-functional teams
• Influence stakeholders and drive alignment from early-stage development through commercialization
• Partner with key opinion leaders, investigators, and scientific advisors to validate evidence strategies
• Support scientific publications, presentations, and external evidence dissemination activities

Requirements

• For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required


• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at hire and throughout employment; U.S. work authorization sponsorship is not offered for roles below Principal level


• PhD, PharmD, MD, MPH, MS, MBA, or other advanced scientific degree


• Clinical Scientist, Clinical Development, Clinical Strategy, Medical Affairs, or Translational Medicine background


• Experience in medical device, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or digital health industries


• Familiarity with real-world evidence, AI/ML applications, digital health technologies, and advanced analytics


• Knowledge of neuromodulation, pain management, neuroscience, pelvic health, or related therapy areas


• Experience supporting reimbursement, market access, or health economics evidence needs
