Job summary

Velera, the nation’s premier payments CUSO and fintech provider, is seeking a Service Executive IV to manage complex client relationships across lines of business. You will partner with the Client Growth Executive and enterprise units to ensure strategic plans are executed and client needs are met.

This remote-first role emphasizes consultative service, issue resolution, and driving initiatives such as product pilots and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• At least 7 years in client relationship or servicing in financial services.
• Experience driving strategic initiatives and outcomes.
• Project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead servicing relationship for assigned clients across lines of business.
• Develop strategic plans and operational initiatives for clients.
• Coordinate client servicing with cross-functional teams and leaders.
• Advocate for clients to improve service and revenue.
• Provide escalation support and issue resolution for complex problems.
• Prepare client status reports and business reviews for leadership.
