Job summary

Renesas Electronics seeks a Sr. Staff Strategic Capacity PM to own long-term capacity gap identification, develop integrated demand/capacity models, and lead initiatives to solve bottlenecks across the supply chain.

You will coordinate with design, manufacturing, sourcing to align capacity, cost, and DFM actions before NPIs and ramp. Strong modeling and program management are required to deliver predictable capacity at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 7+ years in semiconductor manufacturing, supply chain planning, or operations strategy.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication and supply chain with PM leadership.
• Experience identifying systemic bottlenecks and driving data-driven root cause analysis.
• Advanced analytical and modeling skills using Excel, SQL, Python or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Own long-term demand and capacity modeling for multiple product lines and flows.
• Build scenario-based models for base, upside, downside, and surge demand.
• Create capacity profiles across sites and manage constraint mitigation before NPIs.
• Drive cross-functional reviews to align demand signals with site readiness and supplier capability.
• Lead data-driven root cause analysis to isolate bottlenecks and quantify impact.
• Manage constraint resolution programs from detection to closure and lessons learned.
