Job summary

USfalcon, Inc. seeks a Strategic Bomber SME to support USSTRATCOM at Offutt AFB, NE. You will provide authoritative expertise on B-1, B-2, B-52, and B-21 operations to assess deterrence effectiveness and inform senior leadership decisions at the Combatant Command level.

You will develop analysis frameworks, draft mission analyses, and brief senior leaders. Responsibilities include coordinating with the Office of the Secretary of War, Joint Staff, and interagency partners on bomber employment,

Qualifications

• 15+ years B-1/B-2/B-52/B-21 experience as a commissioned officer.
• Experience at senior defense staff levels (OSD/JCS/CCMD).
• Air Operations Center (AOC) experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct graduate-level analysis of Global Strike and Nuclear Operations.
• Develop and refine MOEs and MOPs for campaigns and risk assessments.
• Participate in senior-level planning teams for campaigns and operations.
• Analyze information to assess progress toward Strategic Deterrence objectives.
• Produce campaign-level risk assessments and commander's estimates.
• Brief senior leaders with findings and respond to questions.
• Collaborate with interagency partners on bomber employment and deterrence.
• Maintain knowledge of key national and defense strategies.
