Job summary

Strategic Analysis, Inc. seeks a Senior International S&T Analyst to provide project management support across major DoD/DoW program areas, including cloud services, AI and autonomous systems, and networked platforms.

The role is on-site at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA, with limited telework due to classified requirements, and may require CONUS/OCONUS travel. The ideal candidate has a TS/SCI clearance, a bachelor’s degree, and at least ten years of relevant experience, including five in program

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in DoD S&T program management or oversight.
• Proficiency in technical research and PPBE process terminology.
• Excellent communication, briefings, and meeting moderation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management support to international DoD S&T programs and partners.
• Lead coordination of bilateral and multilateral international initiatives and data exchange agreements.
• Prepare briefs, reports, and policy guidance; support budgets and progress reviews.
• Coordinate with DoD/Interagency policy groups and OSTP/NSTC activities.
• Assist in meetings, agendas, read-aheads, minutes, and logistics for workshops.
