Job summary

DriveTime is seeking a Senior Analyst, Strategic Analytics in Tempe to drive data-driven decisions across their ancillary products division. You will innovate on products, build analyses, and automate reporting to support partner teams and executives.

This role requires 3+ years in data/financial analytics, proficiency in SQL/Snowflake, Excel, and Tableau, and a passion for detail, curiosity, and results. It offers a hybrid work arrangement with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (economics, finance, statistics, engineering, IT or related).
• 3+ years of experience in data, financial, and/or strategic analytics.
• Experience using analysis to create value-added strategies and make recommendations.
• Strong problem-solving, teamwork, curiosity, initiative, and attention to detail.
• Strong statistical skills focused on business decision making.
• Experience managing multiple project streams.
• Demonstrated skill in SQL/Snowflake and Excel analysis.

Responsibilities

• Innovate on existing products and processes using data to identify opportunities.
• Create in-depth analyses, collaborate with stakeholders, leverage resources.
• Create, maintain, and automate reporting for partner teams.
• Communicate recommendations to senior executives across DriveTime entities.
• Perform quantitative analysis on large datasets using Excel and SQL/Snowflake/R.
• Design, develop, test, and implement new products and solutions.
• Provide concise insights and visuals via Tableau with leaders.
• Be self-driven and take initiative to drive business success.
