Job summary

Morpheus Talent Solutions is hiring a Strategic Project Lead in New York City to own high-impact engagements with frontier AI labs from scoping to delivery. You will translate lab data needs into concrete data specs, manage timelines, and collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure world-class execution.

The role demands ownership, strong communication with researchers and stakeholders, and the ability to navigate complex data projects under demanding timelines.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3+ years in a high-pressure, high-ownership environment such as engineering, technical program or account management at a startup.
• Track record of owning complex, ambiguous projects with multiple stakeholders and delivering on them.
• Comfort engaging directly with high-profile technical and research counterparts, with real curiosity about how models are trained and evaluated.
• Strong analytical skills: structure messy problems, work with data and build metrics for progress.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior external stakeholders.
• Gritty, action-oriented approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-million dollar data projects with frontier AI labs, from scoping to delivery.
• Be the primary point of contact for lab research and data teams, translating goals into concrete data specs, quality requirements and timelines.
• Build relationships with clients, anticipate needs, identify opportunities for expansion and execute under tight timelines.
• Collaborate with partner companies and internal teams to source, structure and deliver data, removing blockers.
