Formación

• Executive-level service in a 4-Star DoD/IC/DHS organization.
• Senior government leadership experience in defense financial management, budgeting, resourcing, and acquisition.
• Deep understanding of PPBE and the relationships among military commands, OSD, and the Services.
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to challenge assumptions.
• CDFM-A certification.
• Master's degree in a finance-related field.
• Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

St. Michael's is hiring a part-time (3-5 hours per week) Senior Strategic Advisor. You will be responsible for leveraging your Senior Executive Service experience as the Chief Financial Officer of a DoW, IC, or DHS organization to provide insight, counsel, and advice to St. Michael's executives. WHO YOU ARE

• Prior executive-level service within a 4-Star level DoW, Intelligence Community, or Department of Homeland Security organization.
• Extensive senior government leadership experience in defense financial management, budgeting, resourcing, and acquisition.
• Deep understanding of PPBE and the relationships among military commands, Office of the Secretary of War, and the Services; ability to translate mission needs into practical contractor solutions
• Sound strategic judgment, concise written and oral communication, and willingness to challenge assumptions constructively.
• Certified Defense Financial Manager Defense with Acquisition Specialty (CDFM-A)
• Masters Degree in a finance related field
• Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret
