AT&T in San Diego, CA is seeking a Senior Business Sales Representative - Strategic Accounts to own and grow a portfolio of complex Medium Business customers. You will collaborate with sales engineers and partners, balance prospecting with account maintenance, and lead a consultative sales process to deliver long-term revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of outside B2B sales experience in telecom, tech, SaaS or business services.
• Proven track record meeting or exceeding quota in full-cycle sales roles.
• Ability to manage both sales and account maintenance while growing pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of high-growth Medium Business customers.
• Develop new opportunities across assigned accounts and expand revenue.
• Coordinate with sales engineers and partners to design customer solutions.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and forecast with disciplined pipeline management.
