Egis in the U.S. invites applications for a Stormwater Senior Project Manager – Transportation Drainage, located in Texas offices (Austin, Round Rock, San Antonio, or Houston).

The role focuses on leading transportation drainage projects, managing budgets and schedules, and guiding client relationships while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. Qualified candidates have 15+ years in drainage projects with PS&E deliverables, a Texas PE license (or plan to obtain within 6 months), and strong

Qualifications

• Texas PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 15+ years delivering transportation drainage projects with PS&E deliverables.
• 3+ years in project management or task leadership.
• Proficiency with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling tools.
• Experience with PS&E using MicroStation GEOPAK or ORD.
• TxDOT pre-certifications in 10.1.1 and 10.2.1, FEMA and TCEQ experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-profile transportation drainage projects from proposals to final reports.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources while maintaining client relationships.
• Provide strategic guidance to TxDOT, RMAs, and Texas counties.
• Coordinate with contractors and multi-disciplinary teams for delivery.
• Support business development through winning proposals and negotiations.
