Job summary

AE2S is seeking a Flood Resiliency/Stormwater Senior Project Manager for our Englewood, CO office to lead water resources projects and drive client relationships across Colorado. The role combines technical leadership with business development in a forward-thinking, employee-owned firm.

You will guide project delivery, mentor engineers, and manage scope, schedule, and budget while advancing stormwater solutions and maintaining strong client engagement across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 10+ years in water resources, flood resiliency, and stormwater engineering.
• Experience interfacing with clients and leading stormwater projects.
• Strong understanding of project financials and delivering on-time, on-budget results.
• Ability to manage multi-discipline, multi-task initiatives effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork across project teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Grow market and technical presence in the region by pursuing client opportunities and building relationships.
• Perform project roles including management, QA/QC, and execution on stormwater projects addressing stream stability.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget and deliver extreme client service for lasting relationships.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship within the Water Resources Practice.
