Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience within a high-volume customer-facing environment.
• Proven experience leading teams within a fast-paced operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through managers and develop future leaders.
• Strong track record of driving operational performance and customer satisfaction.
• Experience in a metrics-driven environment; excellent communication and relationship skills.
• Backgrounds from restaurant, quick-service, grocery, retail, hospitality or related sectors preferred.
