Murdoch’s Ranch & Home Supply is seeking a Store Manager to lead the entire store team, driving customer service excellence, financial performance, and operational discipline. You will motivate and develop team members, align with Murdoch’s MVPs, and collaborate with Home Office and other stores to ensure company-wide success.

You will oversee scheduling, budgeting, loss prevention, and store facilities while upholding safety standards and delivering a welcoming, high-performing shopping

Qualifications

• Three years' store management experience with responsibility for >$20M annual sales.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven sales ability and merchandising aptitude.
• Experience recruiting, hiring and developing staff.
• Proficiency with Windows-based computers and Microsoft products.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the store management team to operate with excellence and create a service-oriented environment.
• Maintain excellent customer service and a consistent store experience for customers.
• Develop and enact strategies to achieve financial results and meet or exceed budgets.
• Network, recruit, assess, and hire qualified candidates.
