Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Senior Store Inventory Planning Manager to optimize stock control and replenishment in a fast-paced retail environment. You will lead RELEX users, leverage Power BI and PDI Focal Point reporting, and collaborate with Merchants, Store Operations, and Vendors to drive in-stock performance.

The role emphasizes analytical insight, cross-functional influence, and hands-on management of inventory systems. Local travel and strong communication are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of inventory planning experience preferred.
• Must be able to travel locally and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of RELEX Super User staff and set targets to achieve inventory productivity plans.
• Use analytics to advise and influence internal teams on inventory decisions and KPI performance.
• Train Suggested Ordering Managers and Store Operations on RELEX ordering system and supporting protocols.
• Investigate ordering issues and recommend system and procedural changes to ensure in-stock with correct quantity at the right time.
