Martin & Bayley, Inc., DBA Huck's Market is seeking a Senior Associate for our Paoli, IN location. The role focuses on leading shift activity, customer service excellence, and operational duties to support store profitability. Promotion to store manager duties is possible after training and openings.

You will cover peak hours, promote Huck’s Bucks, and uphold company standards across safety, merchandising, and daily cash handling.

Qualifications

• Gives all customers prompt and courteous service.
• Observes shift operating hours as assigned by the Store Manager.
• Works the store manager's days off and at least two evening shifts per week.
• Follows company policy and provides leadership during shift.
• Promotes Huck’s Bucks Loyalty app to customers.

Responsibilities

• Gives all customers prompt and courteous service with a focus on Best In Class standards.
• Observes shift hours and assists in filling shifts as needed.
• Works the store manager's days off and covers peak hours to ensure strong store performance.
• Performs tasks assigned by the Store Manager and communicates with staff effectively.
• Maintains uniform standards and ensures proper conduct by associates.
• Ensures safety, security, and proper handling of cash and merchandise.
