Job summary

Dunhill Government Solutions is seeking a Storage Administrator to analyze and perform storage related activities while troubleshooting software, operating systems, and networking problems. You will monitor complex IT infrastructures and implement OS/storage solutions.

The role requires a BS in IT/CS or related field, 4–6 years of IT experience, and an active Top Secret clearance. Expect emphasis on Windows Server, cloud infrastructure, data backups, and thorough documentation with mentoring

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in IT/CS or related field or equivalent experience.
4–6 years of experience in information technology or systems administration.
Active Top Secret clearance required.
Experience with cloud infrastructure and storage technology.

Responsibilities

Monitor and support complex IT infrastructures.
Develop, run tests on, implement, or maintain OS and related software.
Handle user requests for complex system needs and upgrades.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems in an efficient manner.
Implement highly complex applications.
Establish and implement standards for computer operations for compatibility between hardware and software.
Schedule, perform, and monitor system backups and data recoveries.
Perform root cause analysis on production systems.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with team members to implement efficiencies.
Create and maintain relevant systems documentation and user guides.
Mentor junior team members.
Apply scripting methodologies to automate related tasks.
