Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
8+ years software development experience.
Strong system programming background with C/C++ for enterprise class software.
Experience with data structures, algorithms, and multi-threaded programming.

Responsibilities

Leads multiple project teams of software engineers and partners through design, coding, testing and integration.
Manages and expands relationships with internal and outsourced development partners on software systems design and development.
Reviews and evaluates designs for compliance with standards and provides feedback to improve quality and reduce risk.
Provides domain-specific expertise and software systems leadership to cross-organization projects and programs.
Drives innovation and integration of new technologies into projects within the software systems design organization.
Provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.
