Job summary
KeyBank is seeking a Senior SAN/Storage Engineer to design, support, and optimize our enterprise storage environment. You will work with Cisco MDS fabrics, Pure Storage FlashArray/FlashBlade, and virtualization platforms across critical databases and applications.
You will join a collaborative infrastructure team focused on reliability, performance, disaster recovery, automation, and continuous improvement in a hybrid work model.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise storage, SAN, or infrastructure environments.
- Experience with Fibre Channel storage networks and enterprise storage platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with infrastructure, application, and database teams.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain Cisco MDS SAN environments, including upgrades, configuration, and performance optimization.
- Configure and manage Pure Storage FlashArray and FlashBlade platforms.
- Provision and maintain storage resources, snapshots, host mappings, and capacity management.
- Improve operational efficiency through automation and scripting.
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity solutions across multiple data centers.
