Adidas is opening a Senior Stockroom Specialist role at Top Parks Heraklion. You will lead stockroom operations, coordinate shipments, and mentor junior associates to ensure accurate inventory and efficient flow of goods to the sales floor.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail, strong communication, and fluency in Greek and English; full-time, 40 hours/week with shifts including weekends and evenings. Join Adidas to support peak periods and store success.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in a customer service–oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear) or equivalent experience.
• Good communication and analytical skills, consumer-first mindset.
• Ability to use relevant store and business systems, including MS applications, POS Systems and other digital tools.
• Strong team player and ability to prioritize.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
• Must work a range of shifts including weekends, evenings, holidays, and overtime.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Stockroom Operations: Coordinate daily stockroom activities and ensure smooth flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Lead and Train Team: Provide guidance and training to junior stockroom associates, ensuring procedures are followed.
• Inventory Management: Conduct audits, manage stock levels, address discrepancies.
• Coordinate Shipments: Manage receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming merchandise.
• Optimize Stockroom Layout: Improve organization and efficiency for fast product retrieval.
• Support Store Operations: Forecast stock needs and support peak periods.
• Monitor Compliance: Ensure stockroom activities adhere to safety guidelines and policies.
