Job summary

Empower LLC invites applications for a Senior Implementation Consultant in Stock Plan Services. This remote-friendly role focuses on onboarding new clients through data conversion, system configuration, and client training for equity and stock plan systems.

You will work with clients, internal teams, and broker-dealer partners to ensure accurate implementation and a smooth transition to the platform. Strong data skills and Excel proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, computer science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience with equity or stock plan administration systems.
• Strong data analysis, conversion, and validation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
• Excellent communication skills, including ability to train clients and explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide input to work planning and timelines for new client implementation.
• Communicate with clients to resolve data-related questions.
• Perform data conversion and import work for new clients, including quality review of stock plan data and scenarios.
• Configure the Empower Stock Plan Services database for new clients, including Plan setup and parameters, vesting and termination schedules, and portal configurations.
• Coordinate with broker-dealer teams on client brokerage configuration, account setup, and initial share balances.
• Participate in client implementation communications and calls and document implementation processes.
• Develop client training plans and materials and train new clients on system functionality.
• Oversee adherence of the Implementation team to data handling procedures.
