HII – Mission Technologies is seeking a STINGRAI Risk Management/Aviation Safety & Quality Lead in Doral, FL, with remote availability. The role supports USSOUTHCOM and strengthens aviation safety, ground safety, and quality programs within STINGRAI operations.

You will apply hazard analyses, risk assessments, and safety management principles across systems, coordinate with senior stakeholders, and lead program management activities while maintaining a Secret clearance.

Competenze

• 10 years relevant experience with a Bachelor's in related field.
• 8 years relevant experience with a Master's in related field.
• 14 years relevant experience with a High School diploma or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Provide senior-level expertise in developing, modifying, and executing safety and quality tasks that identify and document hazards across systems and systems of systems.
• Apply system safety engineering principles including hazard analyses, hazard categorization, causal analyses, mitigation development, documentation, tracking, and residual risk assessment.
• Conduct analyses such as functional analyses, safety and hazard evaluations, risk assessments, reliability assessments, and residual risk reviews.
• Support safety and quality program management through schedule tracking, progress reporting, and coordination.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
