Job summary

HII Mission Technologies seeks a Business Operations Manager to deliver remote administrative, operational, and financial support to the STINGRAI program. You will manage day‑to‑day processes and act as liaison across accounting, legal, HR, and PSO to ensure smooth execution.

You will lead standardization of program processes, onboard subcontractors, and enhance portal functionality. A Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required for the role.

Qualifications

• 8 years relevant progressive experience with a Bachelor’s in related field; 6 years with a Master’s in related field.
• At least 4 years’ experience with an AAS Defense multi-tenant government contract.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day management of administration and operational tasks under the STINGRAI Program Manager.
• Coordinate cross-functional business processes and activities.
• Oversee financial reporting, invoicing, and subcontractor management for the program.
