Innovative Defense Technologies, LLC is seeking a Stimulator/Message Software Engineer to join our Warfare Systems team in Mount Laurel, NJ. The role entails architecting mission-critical software using C++ and other languages to support tactical capability development for Navy platforms.

The ideal candidate should possess 5+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and proficiency in software development tools and processes, including Agile methodologies.

• Ability to decompose and document requirements and specifications.
• Familiarity with software development process from requirements through deployment.
