CVS Health Digital is seeking a Senior STIBO Software Developer to lead master data management initiatives and build scalable data solutions across omnichannel systems. You will focus on data quality, governance, and performance while mentoring engineers and collaborating with product teams.

The role emphasizes building STIBO STEP workflows, integrations, and platform customization in a fast-paced retail healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of MDM/PIM development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Stibo STEP development and administration experience.
• 3+ years of experience with CI/CD tools including Azure DevOps, Jenkins and Git.
• 3+ years of experience with Azure (preferred) or GCP cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support STIBO STEP solutions, workflows, and integrations.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and platform performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform and data issues.
• Drive delivery through accurate estimates, ownership, and communication.
• Support production operations, SaaS upgrades, and continuous improvements.
