Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Sr. Stibo STEP Developer to support enterprise MDM implementations and design scalable STEP configurations. You will collaborate with architects and business partners to ensure performance, governance, and quality in data handling across systems.

The role emphasizes developing STEP workflows, data models, and integrations, plus mentoring junior developers and contributing to testing and production support in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of MDM experience with 5+ years in Stibo STEP development.
• Expertise in STEP data modeling, workflows, rules, security and governance.
• Experience with JavaScript in STEP and REST APIs, XML, STEPXML.
• Familiar with Boomi, ERP integrations, and data quality management.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure STEP data models, attributes, classifications, hierarchies, references, and LOVs.
• Develop workflows for product creation, maintenance, approval, and retirement.
• Configure business rules, validations, notifications, and data quality controls.
• Build integrations using STEP APIs, REST, XML, STEPXML and Boomi.
• Support data migration, mapping, transformation and loads; ensure governance.
• Configure roles, security, and access controls; participate in testing and deployment.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
