Yadimen Consulting Limited seeks a Senior STEP Developer to support and enhance a live STEP-based MDM platform for a UK financial services client. The role is remote, with work from Infosys nearshore delivery centre in Central/Eastern Europe, and involves run-and-iterate changes rather than building from scratch.

You will configure STEP data models, manage match-merge, survivorship and golden records, and build API integrations.

Formación

• 5–7 years hands-on Stibo STEP development — configuration, customisation, integration.
• Working knowledge of STEP CWB, STEP APIs, business rules in Customer MDM (CMDM) — match-merge, survivorship, golden record.
• Experience with at least one major ETL or integration tool (SAP BODS, Informatica, ODI, SSIS) and SQL working level.

Responsabilidades

• Configuring and maintaining STEP data models, attributes, hierarchies.
• Resolving match-merge and golden-record issues.
• Building and maintaining API-driven integrations between STEP and upstream/downstream systems.
• Supporting ETL flows in and out of STEP; performance tuning and stability.
• Triaging incidents with the client's data stewards.
• Writing technical specs and configuration notes for client review.

THE ENGAGEMENT

Support and enhance a live STEPMDM platform at a UK financial services

client, working from an Infosysnearshore delivery centre in Central/Eastern

Europe. This is a run-and-iteraterole on an existing Customer MDM

deployment — extending, tuning,and supporting it, not building from scratch.

The platform underpins theclient's single view of customer data across

multiple product lines,integrated with their broader data fabric.

Requirements

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Configuring and maintaining STEP— data models, attributes, hierarchies,

Resolving match-merge andgolden-record issues. Building and maintaining

API-driven integrations betweenSTEP and upstream / downstream systems.

Supporting ETL flows in and outof STEP. Performance tuning and stability

on the STEP platform. Triagingincidents alongside the client's data

stewards. Writing technical specsand configuration notes that hold up

to client review. Daily workingoverlap with UK business hours required.

WHAT WE NEED

5–7 years' hands-on Stibo STEPdevelopment — configuration, customisation,

working proficiency (B2 minimum)— UK client communication is daily.

NICE TO HAVE

OneTrust. BAU support experienceon a live MDM platform (not just

implementation projects). PriorUK or Western European client experience.
