Job summary
CVS Health Digital seeks a Senior STIBO Software Developer to advance enterprise MDM initiatives, focusing on product, vendor, and customer master data across omnichannel systems while ensuring data quality and governance.
You will mentor engineers, collaborate with Product and stakeholders, and drive strategic delivery through the STIBO STEP platform with a focus on performance and reliability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of MDM/PIM development experience
- 5+ years of hands-on Stibo STEP development and administration experience
- 3+ years of experience with CI/CD tools including Azure DevOps, Jenkins and Git
- 3+ years of experience with Azure (preferred) or GCP cloud platforms
Responsibilities
- Mentor engineers (15%)
- Collaborate with Product and other stakeholders (15%)
- Lead strategic planning, scoping, and delivery (70%)
- Develop and support STIBO STEP solutions, workflows and integrations
- Ensure data quality, governance and platform performance
- Troubleshoot complex platform and data issues
- Provide accurate estimates and drive delivery
- Support production operations, SaaS upgrades and continuous improvements
- Design, configure and customize the STIBO STEP platform including workflows and interfaces
- Support quarterly SaaS upgrades and release impact reviews
- Implement data governance and data quality frameworks
- Optimize platform performance and provide production support
