Job summary

Trimedx is seeking a Sterilization Technician II to service steam sterilizers, washers, and related equipment. You will install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and verify performance with minimal supervision, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate documentation.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in sterilization equipment repair and a 2-year technical degree are required; AC/DC electrical, plumbing knowledge, and schematics literacy are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 year degree in a technical/electronics field or equivalent experience required.
• Knowledge of reading wiring diagrams and schematics; plumbing knowledge.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems in sterilization equipment.
• Must have valid driver’s license and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Technical Service: Inspections, maintenance, and calibration of sterilization equipment.
• Repair and calibrate sterilization and decontamination systems; document status to supervisors.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and service technicians to ensure proper delivery.
• Regulatory Compliance: maintain MEMP records and policies, ensure documentation is complete.
• Inventory: monitor parts inventory and support uptime; assist with incoming inspections.
• Mentor and share expertise with teammates to develop others.
