Job summary

The Sterilization Technician III at TriMedx, LLC focuses on steam, vaporized peroxide, and other sterilizers, installing and servicing complex systems with minimal supervision. Travel may be required to support sites and ensure regulatory compliance, with emphasis on safety and equipment performance.

Applicants should have a 2-year technical degree and at least 5 years in repairing and maintaining sterilization equipment, along with strong electrical and plumbing knowledge and excellent customer

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of medical sterilization and decontamination equipment.
• AC/DC electrical knowledge required; read wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Plumbing knowledge; read piping diagrams and identify basic components.
• Read and interpret electrical, temperature, and pressure instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Technical Service: perform PA inspections, scheduled maintenance, and operation verification on sterilization equipment; repair and calibrate as needed.
• Regulatory Compliance: maintain equipment database, follow MEMP, ensure complete and accurate documentation.
• Account Relationship Management: build customer relationships, discuss equipment status and function, uphold company values.
• Inventory: inspect inventory, maintain spare parts, and verify security and trial equipment records.
