Job summary

Providence St Vincent Medical Center in Portland, OR is seeking a Senior Sterile Processing Technician for the night shift. The successful candidate will ensure effective cleaning, inspection, sterilization and distribution of sterile instrumentation and equipment for surgical cases and other procedures requiring sterile supplies.

Responsibilities include maintaining processing workflows, coordinating with surgical teams and ensuring readiness of instrument sets.

Qualifications

• National certifications required upon hire as listed.
• Minimum 3 years of recent sterile processing experience.
• Experience using personal computers and basic software applications.

Responsibilities

• Clean, inspect, maintain, sterilize and distribute sterile instrumentation and equipment.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure availability of supplies for surgical cases.
