Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2 yrs SPD experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate and follow directions.
• Computer skills and familiarity with sterilization equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assembles general and specialty instruments and sets.
• Ensures cleanliness, proper assembly and performance of instruments.
• Assembles instrument sets following established lists.
• Checks instrument performance and notes repairs.
• Maintains a neat, clean work area and follows PPE protocols.
• Prepares case carts and decontamination workflows for SPD services.
