Job summary

Providence is seeking a Tech-Sterile Processing 2 to clean, inspect, maintain, sterilize and distribute sterile instrumentation and equipment. This role collaborates with other departments to ensure supplies and instruments are available for surgical cases and other procedures.

The successful candidate will have the listed national certifications and at least 3 years of sterile processing experience, plus basic PC skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years of recent sterile processing experience.
• Experience using personal computer and basic software applications.

Responsibilities

• Clean, inspect, maintain, and properly sterilize sterile instrumentation and equipment.
• Distribute sterile supplies and instrumentation for surgical and other procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure availability of needed supplies.
