You will own instructional leadership, curriculum readiness, student engagement, and end-of-week showcases, while maintaining safe, inclusive learning environments and delivering clear learning outcomes for every student.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years teaching or leading youth programs.
• Strong classroom management and student engagement.
• Experience coaching or mentoring educators.
• Ability to give clear feedback.

Aufgaben

• Instructional leadership: model teaching and set daily cadence with warm-ups, demos, build time, and showcases.
• Curriculum coaching and instructor support: observe, give feedback, run daily huddles, provide coaching on pacing and engagement.
• Curriculum delivery and quality control: ensure courses hit learning objectives and maintain consistency across instructors.
• Student experience and outcomes: build a positive culture, ensure students leave with clear wins, support differentiation and inclusion.
• Supplies, kits, and instructional readiness: confirm materials and kits are ready before sessions, track needs, ensure safe tool use.
• Showcases and end-of-week moments: plan and run student demos, coach instructors on presentations, leave families impressed.
