Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Track relevant KPIs and continuously strive to improve performance.
• Spend time in the meltshop to ensure production and reliability targets are met.
• Address heat misses and divert issues, proposing improvements.
• Support operators and provide guidance in achieving aims.
• Participate in morning meetings to discuss issues and potential solutions.
• Support Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality programs.
• Ensure policies and procedures support goals and objectives.
• Understanding IBA would be a plus.
