Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Steel Work Oversight: supervise erection of structural and miscellaneous steel components.
- Project Coordination: coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Site Management: oversee daily field operations and monitor safety compliance.
- Quality Assurance: ensure erection meets codes and project specs; inspect tolerances and connections.
- Scheduling & Planning: develop and maintain steel activity schedules with project timelines.
- Safety Compliance: enforce site safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance.
- Problem Solving: resolve field issues related to steel erection.
- Documentation: maintain daily reports and progress logs.
- Stakeholder Communication: liaise between field crews and design teams.
