Qualifications

• CPA with insurance statutory reporting experience.
• Experience preparing quarterly and annual statutory statements.
• Ability to research and interpret regulatory guidance and communicate conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex quarterly and annual statutory financial statements for Stewart's regulated title insurance companies.
• Ensure SAP/NAIC compliance and state regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate statutory audits and state examinations with regulators.
• Prepare journals, reconciliations, and required disclosures.
• Monitor changes in statutory guidance and communicate impact to leadership.
• Support internal controls over financial reporting and SOX compliance.
