Costello Medical in the US seeks a Senior Statistician to lead statistics projects, design analysis plans and communicate methods and results to healthcare clients. You will work across patient-level, real-world, and published data using R, Stan, SQL and Python, ensuring high-quality outputs.

You will also mentor interns, contribute to business development, and manage multiple projects with tight timelines in a hybrid Boston or New York setting.

Formación

• Degree in a scientific or mathematical field with GPA 3.3+.
• Strong written and oral English; ability to explain complex techniques.
• Excellent R programming skills; willingness to learn new tools.
• Experience with Stan, Python, SQL or similar.
• Experience in HEOR, pharma, medical devices or consulting.
• Ability to lead and mentor team members.
