Tyra Biosciences, Inc. seeks an Associate Director, Statistical Programming, to lead programming for multiple clinical studies and contribute to infrastructure improvements. You will ensure timely, high-quality deliverables and provide oversight across internal staff, CROs, and contractors.

The role requires extensive SAS/CDISC experience, Pinnacle 21 knowledge, and the ability to work in a dynamic, startup biotech environment with travel up to 10% as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related discipline with 8-10+ years of statistical programming experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading statistical programming activities across multiple concurrent clinical studies and development programs
• Software knowledge: SAS and CDISC standards; strong SAS programming skills
• Pinnacle 21 knowledge for validation and submission
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup biotech environment

Responsabilidades

• Lead statistical programming activities for multiple clinical studies from startup through closeout and regulatory submission.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all programming deliverables across studies.
• Perform hands-on programming including SDTM, ADaM, TLFs, and exploratory analyses.
• Provide technical oversight of deliverables from internal staff, CROs, and contractors.
• Collaborate with Biostatistics, Data Management, Clinical Operations, Medical Writing, and Regulatory Affairs to support study execution.
• Support CDISC datasets standards, infrastructure, onboarding, and programming processes and implementation.
• Identify problems and develop global tools to increase efficiency and capacity of the Statistical Programming group.
• Act as a technical resource for complex programming tasks and standards.
