Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative science and 5+ years in statistics or programming in pharma/CRO.
• Strong SAS programming and R skills with CDISC experience.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads the statistical programming activities for assigned studies and programs.
• Ensures timely statistical analyses per protocols and SAPs, via direct or CRO oversight.
• Participates in study team meetings and communicates statistical issues.
• Assesses and evaluates CROs and manages data analysis outcomes.
• Reviews CRFs, annotations, SAPs, and TLGs; ensures deliverables are accurate.
• Interacts with CROs for data management/analysis and resolves issues.
• Creates/reviews derived datasets and analysis datasets.
• May develop SOPs and training guidelines related to programming.
• Performs other tasks as needed by management.
