Qualifications

• MS or BS in Statistics, CS, Mathematics, Engineering, Life Science with 10+ years of programming experience in clinical data and some project and people management.
• Advanced SAS programming expertise in a clinical data environment.
• Solid understanding of clinical trial principles and regulatory submission requirements.
• Proven ability to lead global, cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
• Mentoring or coaching experience with junior programmers.
• Nice to have: knowledge of R or Python.

Responsibilities

• Lead programming support across multiple studies, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Coordinate programming documentation and specifications, following established standards.
