The role requires experience with central utility plants, chiller systems, boilers, pumps, and control systems, with strong troubleshooting and documentation in a CMMS. Shift options include several 8–12 hour patterns; candidates must meet clearance requirements and possess relevant licenses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 8+ years facilities maintenance experience.
• Applicants must be able to read technical documentation and operate central utility systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain stationary equipment within the facility.
• Conduct routine inspections and respond to service calls to ensure safe operation.
• Diagnose malfunctions, implement effective solutions, and document activities in CMMS.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams for seamless operation.
• Act as first responder during stationary equipment emergencies.
• Stay updated with trends and best practices in the field.
