Job summary

Veolia North America is seeking a Stationary Engineer to provide operations and maintenance support for the facility under the Local 39 agreement. You will repair, maintain and optimize building systems, boilers, pumps, HVAC, and electrical equipment across data centers and plant infrastructure.

The role requires strong problem solving and time management, with union contract guidelines guiding daily work. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $78 and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Local 39 Apprenticeship program preferred.
• Minimum of five years' experience in related maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and repair boilers, pumps, valves and related systems.
• Maintain HVAC and electrical systems, including data center equipment.
• Repair and preventive maintenance of building automation and fire safety systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair fuel oil, water, and cooling systems as needed.
• Follow union contract guidelines and safety procedures.
• Maintain documentation and respond to alarms promptly.
