Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain boilers, chillers, and high‑pressure steam plants.
• Inspect and repair mechanical equipment; perform preventive maintenance.
• Compile monthly utility usage reports and monitor energy consumption.
• Coordinate with contractors; prepare bids and track work.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards.
• Respond to emergencies and provide after‑hours coverage.
