Job summary

Requirements include 3 years of verifiable boiler/chiller experience (100 ton+), a High Pressure Boiler Operating Engineer license or equivalent, EPA CFC certification, and a valid MO driver’s license. Training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• 3 years of verifiable experience operating high pressure boilers and 100 ton+ chillers.
• H.S. Diploma required.
• Licenses/licenses required within 1.5 years: 1st Class HP Boiler Operating Engineer, 1st/2nd Class Refrigeration Plant Operator Licenses (St. Joseph MO), EPA CFC Certification, valid MO driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Plan maintenance and repair of boilers, chillers, and associated equipment.
• Test and treat boiler feed water and cooling tower water.
• Isolate, troubleshoot and repair pumps, valves, motors, and HVAC systems.
• Read and log instrument gauges and system pressures.
• Travel between facilities as needed.
