Responsibilities

• Prepare all menu items following recipes and yield guides.
• Direct, train, and monitor Line Cooks; maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
• Set up and break down stations; review priorities and assign prep work.
• Communicate changes to assignments during shift.
• Inform Sous Chef of supplies to requisition for daily tasks.
