Job summary

Colorado Department of Transportation's Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Branch is seeking experienced professionals to support maintenance activities for statewide ITS infrastructure and equipment.

The role involves supporting ITS infrastructure in the field, at ITS Branch Headquarters, node buildings, and other CDOT facilities across Colorado, onsite in Denver and statewide.

Qualifications

• 12+ Years of Professional Experience
• Prior State Government Client Experience REQUIRED
• US Citizen / H4 EAD ONLY
• W2 ONLY
• Strong infrastructure / ITS maintenance experience
• Troubleshooting, repair, replacement, and field-support experience
• Ability to support statewide infrastructure and operational environments

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support statewide ITS infrastructure and equipment
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace faulty devices and components
• Support controllers and other in-cabinet equipment
• Troubleshoot and restore cabinets, conduit, wiring, and related infrastructure
• Support systems used for real-time traveler information, weather conditions, and traffic incident management
• Support equipment serving Traffic Operations Centers and other CDOT facilities
• Respond to infrastructure issues and restore equipment to normal operation
