Qualifications

• 5+ years in a large, complex health care/managed care setting with growing responsibilities.
• 3+ years with providers, CMS Star ratings and clinical quality.
• Willing to travel 30%+ as required by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy to achieve 4+ Star performance across H-Contracts.
• Coordinate with Quality Field Org, ACO, Optum Care, and leadership on activities for 4+ star performance.
• Mine data for opportunities to improve Stars measures, CAHPS/HOS, and operations.
• Collaborate to develop contract/market strategies and partner with vendors.
• Create year-round HEDIS chase strategy and drive rate max activities.
• Coordinate with national functions to leverage market knowledge for CMS Star improvements.
